Nothing produced by GeoGear Tools is a survey, a plat of survey, or a legal opinion on a boundary. It is computation and drafting assistance for a licensed professional.

No boundary, area, or coordinate shown by the tools should be relied upon without field verification by a licensed surveyor.

AI outputs are suggestions

AI-assisted results — parsed calls, extracted descriptions, title notes — are reviewable suggestions, not determinations. The AI reads the document, the geometry engine draws it, and you judge it.

Source documents vary in quality. Scanned deeds, handwritten calls, and degraded records can produce misreads. Every AI-assisted result is presented for review before it becomes part of your work.

Field verification required

Record geometry is not ground truth. Monuments control over courses, and only a surveyor on the ground can resolve what the record cannot.

Do not use tool output for recording, conveyance, staking, or construction without review and verification by a surveyor licensed in the subject jurisdiction.

Data sources and conversions

Coordinate conversions use published projection parameters. Verify datum, epoch, and zone before using converted values in deliverables.

Closure adjustments and priority-of-calls resolutions are logged with their basis so you can check every decision. Check them.
