FAQ
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy are yours until you use them. If you cancel a subscription, any remaining credits stay in your account.
Can I mix credits and a seat license?
Yes. A seat license covers the team tools (Point Cleanup, Raw Processor, Field QC, Job Submit). Credits cover the Deed Reader and Zoning Lookup. They're independent.
What happens if the AI fails on a parse I paid for?
Credits are automatically refunded if an AI operation times out or errors on our side. You see the refund in your transaction log.
Is my data used to train AI?
Only if you opt in. Training is off by default. If you opt in, only anonymized data (description keys, linework patterns — no company names, addresses, or coordinates) is used, and it stays on our private hardware. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I switch between Team tiers?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
